who are we?
Empowering Change Through Movement and Connection
At Wellness on the MOVE CIC, we're more than a community-driven organisation—we're a movement dedicated to transforming lives. Our team, enriched by lived experiences and professional expertise, is passionate about supporting individuals aged 13–19 and adults in Bedford and surrounding areas.
We specialise in assisting those who are facing emotional challenges, neurodivergent or seeking a renewed sense of purpose. Through inclusive activities and a supportive environment, we aim to help everyone find their path to wellness.
By fostering stronger communities, social connection, and emotional well-being, our work actively contributes to reducing suicide rates, crime, and social isolation, giving people the tools to create positive change in their lives and communities.
