Jennifer McKenzie is a passionate leader in holistic well-being, dedicated to helping people break free from survival mode and step into self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment. She is the CEO and co-founder of Wellness on the Move CIC, heading up the training with breath-work, movement, and emotional regulation techniques to communities, businesses, and individuals who need it most.

Jennifer’s journey into trauma informed wellness is deeply personal. After experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, and domestic abuse, she rebuilt her life using the very techniques she now teaches. Discovering breath work, somatic movement, and the mind-body connection was life-changing—giving her the tools to regulate her nervous system, release trauma, and step into her purpose. Now, she helps other women reclaim their bodies, their power, and their right to thrive.

Diagnosed with ADHD and Autism in adulthood, Jennifer understands the challenges of emotional dysregulation, burnout, and self-acceptance. Her lived experience fuels her mission to make well-being accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all—especially neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, and those struggling with stress and anxiety.
With over 23 years in holistic therapy, Jennifer is also the founder of Lunar Spirit Wellbeing Academy, a three-time published author, motivational speaker, and host of ‘That Inner Voice’ podcast. She blends science-backed nervous system regulation with practical self-healing tools, teaching people how to:
Release emotional tension & reconnect with their body
Regulate stress & nervous system responses
Express themselves with confidence & authenticity
Build emotional resilience & strengthen community connections
At Wellness on the Move CIC, Jennifer leads breath work, movement, and trauma aware training to help people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through her work, she is creating a movement of self-healing, community support, and lasting transformation—one deep breath at a time.
Bringing the power of sport, discipline, and teamwork to Wellness on the Move CIC, Garry Davison is passionate about using sports and fitness to transform lives.
Garry’s journey in sport began at Tottenham Hotspur, where he played from ages 11 to 15 before an injury led him to step away from professional football. He continued to play semi-professionally for 10 years, alongside representing Luton School Boys, Bedfordshire County Football, and County Cricket. The discipline, resilience, and leadership he learned on the pitch now shape his approach to coaching—helping young players and adults develop self-confidence, teamwork, and a strong mindset.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Garry has worked with under-7s through to under-15s and adult teams, teaching not just the skills of the game but also the life lessons that sport provides—how to win with humility, learn from failures, and build lasting friendships.
Beyond sports, Garry has built a 20+ year career in technical engineering, working his way up from plumber to gas technical engineer. He now mentors and coaches apprentices and new recruits, working alongside local and area managers to support career development.

At Wellness on the Move CIC, Garry leads sports events and projects aimed at:
Helping young people and adults make meaningful social connections.
Improving physical and mental well-being through movement.
Providing alternative pathways to reduce crime and suicide rates.
Encouraging teamwork, respect, and community spirit.

Through sports, movement, and mentorship, Garry is on a mission to inspire, empower, and create lasting change in local communities—giving people the tools to thrive both on and off the pitch.

Wellness on the Move CIC

Hi, I’m Morgan, the Creative Director of Wellness on the Move. I believe creativity is a powerful tool for boosting mood, enhancing self-expression, and supporting mental well-being. With a passion for art, photography, and design, I’m always exploring new ways to blend creativity with wellness — helping people discover fun, accessible outlets to express themselves and feel good.
Having completed an interior design course, and 2 years at Brighton University studying internal architecture I have a keen eye for creating spaces that feel inspiring and uplifting — something I bring into every project at Wellness on the Move, from designing our wellness hub to curating creative workshops and visual campaigns. I’m constantly seeking fresh ideas and innovative approaches to keep our work vibrant, engaging, and inclusive.
For me, creativity is more than a hobby — it’s a powerful form of self-care and self-discovery. I’m excited to continue weaving creativity into everything we do at Wellness on the Move, ensuring we empower individuals on their journey to better health, both physically and mentally.
